About me
Adam Switlick spent years on the road as a touring musician with Communist Daughter, learning what it means to live inside sound. That relationship never left him. It deepened into a Level 1 certification in sound healing through Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School in Boulder, and a 200-hour yoga teacher training through what is now Lotus Yoga School, completed during the pandemic.
His background in high-impact sports gave him a body that knows pain. His years as a musician gave him ears that know resonance. Together, they shaped a teacher who understands, from the inside out, how the body holds stress and how sound can move it.
Off the mat, Adam works as a senior partner with Apex Energy Solutions, serving Colorado homeowners with residential windows and doors for nine years. He has created his client list on the same quality he brings to his healing work: making a typically stressful process feel grounded, clear, and surprisingly easy.
