About me
AJ Bishop-Andrews is an author, speaker, and guide for women navigating life’s turning points with greater clarity, self-trust, and inner alignment. She is the founder of FEROZ, a movement helping women redefine wealth, power, and legacy from the inside out, and the bestselling author of Rich Like Her, a story of four women reclaiming their voice, worth, and direction in the midst of change.
Before this chapter of her work, AJ spent more than two decades in senior leadership roles at elite institutions including JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, and Key Private Bank. From the outside, her life looked successful, stable, and secure. On the inside, she felt a quiet but persistent truth many high-achieving women carry: this version of success no longer fits. That moment of reckoning became a doorway. What began as a personal unraveling turned into a deeper return to self—one that reshaped her career, her relationship with ambition, and her definition of what it truly means to live a rich life.
Today, AJ’s work lives at the intersection of self-inquiry, life transitions, and embodied leadership. She is also an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with more than 25 years of practice. The principles of awareness, presence, and embodied wisdom she has cultivated on the mat deeply inform how she teaches, leads, and holds space off the mat. Her work is grounded in the belief that true wealth begins within—with the ability to listen inward and move through change with intention.
As a speaker, AJ blends story, reflection, and practical frameworks that help women shift from performing a life that looks good to living one that feels true. Audiences often describe her presence as calming, clarifying, and deeply affirming—the kind that helps you exhale and recognize yourself again.
