About me
Amanda Meader discovered hot yoga in 2004 and has spent the two decades since building one of the most versatile movement practices in the room. An E-RYT 500 and YACEP, she holds certifications in Hot Yoga, Integrated Vinyasa, Aerial Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates, and AFAA fitness — a range that reflects not just her credentials but her genuine curiosity about how the body moves and what it needs. She has been a certified fitness professional since 2005, and that foundation shows in the precision and care she brings to every class she teaches.
Amanda believes yoga is more than physical. It is a way to live with greater awareness, balance, and intention. That belief shapes everything she does — from how she cues alignment to how she holds space.
Her classes are athletic and demanding, but never at the expense of the person in front of her. She builds environments where students feel empowered to challenge themselves and safe enough to honor their limits. At Converge Yoga, she brings that same energy to a community that shows up ready to work and leaves feeling more whole than when they walked in.
