About me
Colbie lives and teaches at the intersection of classical yoga lineage and modern somatic psychology. After discovering the deep rest of Hatha and restorative traditions, she completed her 200-hour teacher training in ShambhavAnanda Yoga in Colorado. Since then, she has aggressively expanded her education through trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and somatic practices.
In addition to being a yoga educator, Colbie is a practicing mental health therapist. She specializes in integrating her knowledge of the mind-body connection directly onto the yoga mat.
Her unique therapeutic background allows her to architect sequences that prioritize deep nervous system regulation, embodied self-compassion, and emotional grounding. Colbie’s teaching creates a highly supportive, slow, and intentional space where students can confidently dismantle daily stress, listen to their body's internal cues, and rediscover the simple pleasure of feeling safe and at home in their own skin.
