Hayley Benson brings a rare combination to the mat: a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, 15 years of clinical practice, and nearly a decade of teaching yoga across every style imaginable. As Lead Teacher at YogaSix Littleton and an E-RYT 500, she has spent her career studying how the body moves, where it holds, and what it needs to feel strong and free. That depth of knowledge shows up in every class she teaches — not as clinical distance, but as clarity. She knows exactly why each movement matters, and she makes sure her students do too.
Her background is as varied as her teaching. A professional triathlete, StrongFirst Kettlebell instructor, and Wellness Coach, Hayley has competed at the highest levels of physical performance while staying rooted in the science of sustainable movement. She has led multiple 200-hour teacher trainings and taught master classes on shoulder health, core strength, low back pain, inversions, and hip mobility. Originally from England, she now lives and teaches in Colorado, where she has built a following that comes back not just for the challenge, but for the warmth and humor she brings to every room.
