About me
Jackie DeConti is a yoga teacher, herbalist, and creative guide with over a decade of experience leading retreats, workshops, and teacher trainings across the US and internationally. Now based in Colorado, she draws daily inspiration from the mountains — and brings that same sense of depth, stillness, and natural wisdom into every space she creates.
Her work sits at the intersection of yoga, Ayurveda, herbalism, and sacred sound. She does not separate these traditions because she doesn't experience them as separate. Breath, plant medicine, movement, and music are all expressions of the same invitation: to come home to yourself.
Jackie has taught at Shakori Hills, Love Shine Play, and the SENC Herbal Conference, and has been creating and leading yoga teacher trainings for over ten years. She also teaches harmonium — the same instrument she uses to anchor her sound and mantra offerings — in one-on-one and small group settings.
