About me
Keisha Archuleta has lived the transformation she teaches. Over the course of her life, she lost more than 150 pounds, became a triathlete, and discovered that the principles of yoga—breath, presence, and inner awareness—were guiding her through open water swims, a demanding corporate career, and the daily work of showing up fully as a mother, spouse, and community member. Yoga did not stay on her mat; it became the way she moves through the world.
An E-RYT 200, RYT 500-hour instructor, Keisha teaches from a place of embodiment rather than performance. She draws from Vinyasa, Kriya, Kundalini, breathwork, and mantra, weaving them into classes that feel both physically alive and quietly meaningful.
Her teaching is inclusive by design. She uses layered options, invitational language, and a consistent reminder that yoga is not about achieving a shape but about cultivating awareness, compassion, and presence.Deeply committed to making the practice accessible, Keisha serves on the board of a local high school that launched a yoga program within their physical education department. This role reflects exactly how seriously she takes the idea of yoga belonging in every single part of life.
