About me
Kelsey Mueller (E-RYT 200, RPYT, YACEP, RYC® Pro) is a Denver-based yoga teacher with over a decade of experience and nine years specializing in prenatal and postpartum care. A mother of four, she blends lived experience with extensive training to support bodies through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum years.
Her work is rooted in functional movement, breath, and nervous system awareness, informed by trauma-sensitive and adaptive yoga practices. Central to her teaching is her RYC® (Restore Your Core) training, which deeply shapes her approach to postpartum recovery and pelvic floor function—supporting strength, integration, and resilience from the inside out.
Known for her warm, bright, and grounded presence, she creates spaces that feel safe enough to soften and spacious enough to explore. Her teaching invites students to listen more closely, move more honestly, and trust the wisdom of their own evolving bodies. She does not teach bodies to become something new—she helps them return to what has always been there.
