The Radiant Body: Chakras, Doshas & Your Inner Gifts
Saturday September 12, 2026 9:00am - 10:00am MDT
At the sacred crossroads of Ayurveda and the chakra system lies a map of your elemental nature and deeper gifts. These sister sciences illuminate the subtle and physical dimensions of who we are — revealing the intelligence woven through body, energy, and spirit.

Rooted in the wisdom of the five elements, Ayurveda expresses itself through the doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha — the energetic blueprint through which we live our embodied lives. Each dosha holds profound strengths: Vata’s visionary creativity and intuition, Pitta’s radiant courage and transformative clarity, Kapha’s steady devotion and deep compassion.

When these elemental forces are explored alongside the chakras — the energetic centers of consciousness within the subtle body — we awaken a powerful understanding of ourselves. We begin to experience our constitution as a pathway toward healing, integration, and the ignition of our most radiant self.

Our time together will begin with a gentle, accessible overview of both systems, then unfold into slow, intentional movement, meditation, and reflection to embody your innate strengths. Open to all levels, bodies, and beings. Come ready to move slowly, listen deeply, and reconnect with your inner brilliance.

The Art of Surrender: Yin Yoga & Live Acoustic Music
Saturday September 12, 2026 10:30am - 11:30am MDT
Some classes ask you to work. This one asks you to arrive. Step into the sanctuary and be guided by the soothing presence of Davida Wright and accompanied by the soulful, live acoustic guitar of Mike Galvin, this session is a masterclass in radical rest and deep somatic healing.

Unlike active practices, this Yin session invites you into unhurried, floor-based shapes held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues and melt away hidden tension. As Davida guides your physical alignment, Mike’s acoustic melodies shape the atmosphere with a gentle, floating spaciousness.

The Journey: You will begin with a grounding breathwork ritual to anchor your awareness, then melt into receptive postures designed to unlock physical stillness and emotional release.

The Atmosphere: The live music creates a rich, resonant soundscape that wraps around the entire space, supporting your nervous system in absolute surrender and deep connection.

The music will relax you. The practice will nurture you. All bodies, minds, and experience levels are warmly welcomed.

Prenatal Asana: Moving with Your Changing Body with Kelsey Mueller
Saturday September 12, 2026 11:00am - 12:00pm MDT
Pregnancy and postpartum are often framed as a transition into someone new, as if you are becoming someone you are not yet. This practice offers a different lens: nothing essential is lost in this process. Meet us beneath the cool, shaded arches of the Lavender Pergola to learn how to stay in relationship with what has always been within you while everything around you shifts.

Guided by Kelsey Mueller, this session is designed specifically for prenatal and postpartum bodies (not as a modified version of a standard class, but as a practice created for the intelligence and lived reality of this season). Surrounded by the soothing fragrance of blooming lavender, you will explore how to stay connected to yourself through change without overriding your body's signals.

What to Expect: This workshop-style class guides you through intentional movement designed to support pelvic stability, deep breath awareness, and whole-body integration. Expect grounding postures, joint-friendly strength building, and restorative pauses for nervous system support.

For Teachers Too: If you are a yoga instructor who wants to see real-time prenatal adaptation, functional movement, and nervous system-informed pacing in action, this masterclass is for you.

Come as you are. Your body knows more than you think. All stages of pregnancy, postpartum, and yoga experience levels are warmly welcomed.

The Sounding of Silence: Meditation as Remembering
Saturday September 12, 2026 11:00am - 12:30pm MDT
What is silence? In the ancient wisdom schools, silence was never understood as mere absence or emptiness. It was recognized as the living ground of being—the fertile stillness from which all of life arises.

In this experiential session, we will begin with a simple practice to settle into deep presence before exploring the teachings of the great Kashmir Tantra master, Abhinavagupta. Together, we will contemplate the mystery of silence as inherently sounding, and consider what it means that we are the form of the Unformed, the sound of the Unsounded.

What changes when we understand ourselves in this way? What if meditation is not a means of achieving a future state, but a sacred remembering of our essential nature?

Blending contemplative teaching with direct experience, this session offers an invitation to rest beneath the noise of striving and rediscover the presence that has always been here—whole, awake, and fiercely calling us home.

From Inspiration to Integration: Carrying the Yoga Home
Saturday September 12, 2026 12:30pm - 2:00pm MDT
You’ve taken the classes. Filled your notebook. Opened your heart. Now what?

One of the greatest challenges of a yoga festival isn't finding inspiration—it’s learning how to carry that lightning bolt of insight into your messy, everyday life. Step into the soothing, shaded sanctuary of the Creek Garden for a vital integration masterclass. Guided by psychotherapist and Living AWAKE author Erik Vienneau, this experiential workshop delivers a survival kit for the post-festival transition.

Drawing from Buddhist psychology, nervous system science, and over three decades of personal meditation practice, Erik shares effortless ways to work with modern stress, difficult emotions, and corporate distraction—without adding another heavy item to your to-do list.

Together, we will explore:

Why lasting life shifts come from tiny daily micro-habits rather than temporary peak experiences.

A simple, clinical framework to interrupt mental reactivity, thoughts, and emotional loops.

Real-time techniques to regulate your nervous system and return to center in the middle of a busy workday.

How to architect a sustainable personal practice that actually matches your lifestyle.

This session includes deep guided meditation, honest reflection, and physical, take-home integration tools you can utilize the second you leave the festival grounds. Because the real practice begins when the summit ends.

Somatic Slow Flow: Reclaiming Safety and Presence Presented by Formation Yoga and Strength
Saturday September 12, 2026 2:30pm - 3:30pm MDT
You're moving your body and you're learning how to safely live inside of it again. Step onto the peaceful lawn of the Open Air Chapel for a deeply restorative, 60-minute all-levels somatic masterclass. Guided by mental health therapist and ShambhavAnanda Yoga educator Colbie, this session merges clinical mindfulness with traditional Hatha yoga to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with the profound wisdom of your own body.

The journey opens with gentle pranayama (breathwork) and therapeutic mindfulness practices specifically engineered to settle a busy mind, down-regulate a hyper-aroused nervous system, and establish deep internal safety. From this grounded foundation, Colbie leads a slow, intuitive flow designed from the inside out. Through intentional, gentle movement, you will listen closely to your body’s unique cues, follow your organic curiosity, and discover the subtle sensations of ease and comfort. We will close the experience with an extended, deeply restorative savasana beneath the open Colorado sky, allowing your mind and body to fully integrate the healing. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and deeply cared for.

Japa Meditation: The Practice of Sacred Repetition
Saturday September 12, 2026 3:00pm - 4:30pm MDT
Most of us have heard the word mantra. Few of us have felt what happens when it actually moves through you. Step into a profound 45-minute immersion into one of yoga's oldest, most accessible, and most misunderstood meditation practices.

Japa is the practice of sacred repetition: offering a mantra again and again until the analytical mind completely quiets and something deeper begins to speak. Guided by Catherine Wetenkamp, a Master Teacher trained in Rishikesh, India, this session draws from a living Himalayan Tantric lineage. Cat carries these teachings with precision and deep care; what she offers here is not a simple technique, but a direct transmission.

You don't need prior meditation experience, and you don't need to know Sanskrit. You only need to show up and be willing to listen. Leave this session with a practical, powerful ritual you can use tomorrow morning at your desk, in your car, or in the quiet moments you didn't know you had.

Sacred Rest: Open-Air Yin & Yoga Nidra Practice
Saturday September 12, 2026 4:30pm - 5:30pm MDT
Unplug from the movement of the day and step into a sanctuary of absolute stillness. Hosted in the breathtaking Open Air Chapel, this dual-modality masterclass pairs the deep physical release of Yin Yoga with the profound mental restoration of Yoga Nidra.

The journey begins with Yin treated as a deep, physical meditation. You will explore unhurried transitions and long holds of 3 to 5 minutes, specifically engineered to move stagnant energy through the body and safely clear tension from your deep connective tissues and fascia. Once the physical body is completely softened, you will transition into Yoga Nidra—a fully guided, effortless meditation practiced lying down beneath the open Colorado sky. This conscious rest protocol is designed to rapidly regulate an overwhelmed nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and foster deep somatic integration. Leave the chapel feeling profoundly spacious, light, and returned to your true self.

Pro-Tip (Critical): Because your body temperature drops drastically during long, still holds, please bring a thick mat, a warm blanket, an eye cover, and extra cozy layers (sweatshirt, socks) to maximize your comfort on the lawn. All levels welcome.
