The Power of Calm
Friday September 11, 2026 4:30pm - 5:30pm MDT
In every moment there are possibilities to enhance work, life and human interaction. I will share an inspiring personal story on how I have discovered the possible in the least likely circumstances. The treasure that revealed itself to me was the power of calm. On many levels the original reveal of CALM. The many times over I harnessed calm which lead me to see the full potential in that moment. I was able to discover the possibilities over the limitations. Furthermore, calm has assisted myself and my clients and/or students eliminate stress, trauma or mental fall out associated with climactic and daily events.

During this session, I will share and demonstrate how to find and anchor calm in all situations. I will be illustrating the scientific relationship between all humans, nature and their electromagnetic field. Then, I will share the power and potential that arrives from a calm state of being. I will share personal and professional stories that will inspire the audience to find their ever present CALM.

Learning Objectives

1. The relevance and importance of retaining a balanced electromagnetic field in the human body.

2. The role the electromagnetic system places in supporting the entire physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.

3. Learn how nutrition and sound assists in balancing the electromagnetic field.

4. How to balance the electromagnetic field as a remedy to support the mental healing, transformation and well being.

5. How the electromagnetic field when balanced returns the human to their natural state CALM. All is possible in the state of CALM.

Outcome:

A. Understand clearly what is possible from a calm state

B. Understand how to access the full human potential

C. Discover the potential to transform and heal your relationships with self and others

D. Learn Practical tools to practice on a daily basis

The Yoga of Relationships
Friday September 11, 2026 4:30pm - 5:30pm MDT
Exploring the Divine Mirror in Every Connection

Join symbolic mythologist and teacher Manoj Chalam for a transformative talk on the Yoga of Relationships—a journey into how our human connections serve as sacred mirrors for awakening and growth.

Manoj will bring in statues of Hindu and Buddhist deities to illustrate the ancient wisdom for modern times. Drawing from Vedantic philosophy, Hindu mythology, and practical wisdom, Manoj weaves humor, storytelling, and insight to reveal how every relationship—whether romantic, familial, or communal—is an opportunity to deepen our self-awareness and align with higher consciousness.

In this engaging and accessible session, participants will explore:

  • How relationships reflect the unresolved or enlightened aspects of the self
  • Archetypes of divine love and union through the lens of deities and symbolism
  • Tools for turning friction into fuel for evolution
  • The path of devotion (bhakti) in human connection

With warmth and wit, Manoj invites us to see love not just as emotion, but as a spiritual practice—a yoga. Come ready to laugh, reflect, and leave with your heart a little more open and your relationships a little more sacred.

Manoj will help you find your personal deity Goddess archetype

(This workshop is 80% lecture, 10% meditation, 5% Mantras and 5% light spiritual stretches.)

Beyond Inhale and Exhale: The Hidden Curriculum of Breath
Saturday September 12, 2026 9:00am - 10:30am MDT
ADMISSION NOTE: This exclusive session requires a Teacher Track Ticket or Add-On for entry.

Somewhere along the way, the modern yoga world reduced breath to a repetitive background cue: inhale, exhale, repeat. But breath is not just a secondary technique. It is the single most intelligent anchor inside your asana practice—shaping nervous system tone, pranic direction, muscular effort, and mental steadiness long before we ever touch formal pranayama.

Join globally renowned yoga educator and host of the Let's Talk Yoga podcast, Arundhati B, for a deeply layered and practical masterclass that reshapes how we understand breath literacy.

What You Will Explore:
  • The Six Dimensions: Decode the six distinct qualities of breath and how each alters a student’s immediate internal experience.
  • The Three Layers: Navigate the physical, energetic, and perceptual nature of conscious breathing.
  • Effort & Expansion: Learn how breath logically organizes structural stability and deep expansion inside postures.
  • Beyond Ujjayi: Discover why reducing breath exclusively to ujjayi limits both the teacher's vocabulary and the student's growth.
  • Seamless Literacy: Learn how to deepen breath integration without turning a standard vinyasa class into a rigid pranayama workshop.
  • The Takeaway: This is not about adding more complex technique; it is about radically refining your perception. Teachers will leave with sharper, more intelligent cueing tools. Practitioners will experience how breath alone can completely transform the depth of their practice.
  • Note: This is a limited-capacity workshop. Please ensure you have upgraded your Visitors Center to a Teacher Track Ticket to secure your spot and receive your continuing education credits.

The Aim of Yoga: Unlocking the Power of the Sutras
Saturday September 12, 2026 9:15am - 10:30am MDT
What is the true aim of yoga beyond the physical pose? In this foundational workshop, we explore the core purpose of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali as illustrated by the first five verses (1.1–1.5). By examining the nature of the mind and why we suffer, we uncover how these ancient texts provide a direct roadmap for liberation and higher understanding—moving from avidya (ignorance) to clarity.

Through a blend of philosophical inquiry and embodiment practices, we will bridge the gap between sutra study and your daily life on and off the mat. Participants will experience a guided kriya to "still mental fluctuations," followed by meditation designed to integrate these concepts into their existing practice. Whether you are a student or a teacher, this session will clarify the role of the mind in yoga, providing deeper context and a renewed sense of purpose for your personal journey.

Workshop Highlights:
  • The Greater Aim: Understand yoga as a holistic system for navigating the mind.
  • Embodied Philosophy: Move from intellectual theory into a direct experience of "stilling the mind."
  • Practical Reflection: Learn to apply sutra 1.1–1.5 to modern asana and daily self-reflection.

Midlife Mindset
Saturday September 12, 2026 10:30am - 11:30am MDT
Yoga belongs in every single part of life, especially the chapters we’ve been told to hide, fix, or simply "push through." Step into the private, shaded sanctuary of the Creek Garden. Surrounded by the gentle rush of Deer Creek and native Colorado flowers, master teacher Sara Cook hosts an intimate, honest workshop for anyone navigating the unique experience of maturing in a body that social media has plenty of opinions about.

Yoga as Primary Care: The Science of Longevity & Self-Regulation
Saturday September 12, 2026 11:00am - 12:00pm MDT
What if your yoga mat was a clinical tool for cellular healing? Join functional medicine practitioner and immunological specialist Dr. Mitchell Rasmussen for a groundbreaking keynote that explores how yoga influences the nervous system, immune response, and cellular signaling. As the co-founder of The Facility Denver, Mitchell specializes in guiding care for individuals with complex, chronic conditions who have often "tried everything" without lasting results.

Moving far beyond traditional chiropractic care, Mitchell bridges cutting-edge biochemistry with timeless embodied practice. In this illuminating talk, he invites us to stop viewing yoga as a reactionary fitness routine for when we get sick, and instead recognize it as a foundational primary care practice for long-term health. Grounded in his three core pillars: Empowerment, Education, and Empathy, this session strips away the medical jargon to help you understand your own unique physiology. Walk away with a personalized, science-backed perspective on your practice and the actionable tools needed to work with your body instead of against it.

Cakra—Spirit to Nature: The Secret Vibration of the Petals
Saturday September 12, 2026 11:15am - 1:15pm MDT
What do the petals on a cakra diagram actually mean? While modern wellness often frames cakras as spinning wheels of color that get "blocked," classical yoga offers a far deeper truth: cakras are pure Spirit, always in perfect balance, and always available to ground us in who we already are.

Step into the absolute stillness of the Secret Garden for a session guided by master educator Hansa Knox. What This Journey Covers:

  • The Anatomy of the Petals: Learn how the letters of the Saṃskṛt alphabet (mātṛkā) dictate the vibrational blueprint and inner essence of each cakra.
  • The Three Dimensions: Explore how each letter has a direct spiritual (tattva), mental-emotional (vṛtti), and physical expression (marma points).
  • Prāṇic Āsana Integration: Experience how vocalizing and moving through the Saṃskṛt names of traditional postures alters the flow of life force in real time.

This is primarily an educational, lecture-based workshop with targeted experiential components. Perfect for yoga teachers, lineage seekers, and anyone looking to move beyond Westernized cakra theory.

Cultural Reverence in Yoga Spaces: Practicing with Awareness, Accountability, and Care
Saturday September 12, 2026 1:00pm - 2:00pm MDT
Modern yoga and wellness environments often extract from Indigenous cultures without fully understanding the histories, systemic harms, and deep ethical responsibilities that come with those practices. This vital workshop invites educators into a grounded, human conversation about cultural reverence—exploring how to move, speak, and teach in ways that honor Indigenous peoples while actively reducing harm.

Led by Sequoia Garza-Keith, a mixed Indigenous practitioner and educator, this session unpacks how Indigenous traditions have been historically criminalized and appropriated, and how those realities echo in today's studios. Rather than centering shame, this workshop emphasizes curiosity, humility, and practical toolkits for navigating nuance with genuine care.

Core Curriculum Competencies:
  • Land Acknowledgments: Learn precisely when, why, and how to deliver a meaningful land acknowledgment that moves beyond corporate performance.
  • Inclusive Space-Holding: Understand how to respectfully engage with Indigenous traditions under the assumption that Indigenous people are actively present in your class.
  • Accountability Over Paralysis: Master specific tools to navigate linguistic or cultural mistakes with transparent accountability rather than defensiveness or shutting down.
  • Lineage Ethics: Connect Western yoga ethics back to a living lineage of responsibility, relationship, and respect, rather than extraction.

Yoga Off the Mat: Crafting a Personal Sutra
Saturday September 12, 2026 1:30pm - 2:30pm MDT
Yoga is far more than physical shapes on a mat—it is a conscious way of relating to ourselves, our communities, and the lives we are actively creating. Step away from the physical asana and into the absolute, silent sanctuary of the Secret Garden for a profound workshop dedicated to living your practice aloud. In this non-moving session, you will explore the classical concept of a sutra—traditionally a concise, guiding thread of wisdom—and learn how to distill one for your own life.

Guided by immersive contemplation, intentional journaling prompts, and meaningful group dialogue, you will examine the exact patterns, values, and truths you want to live from. Together, we will bridge the gap between ancient yogic philosophy and everyday modern reality, crafting a personalized "thread" of language to serve as an unshakeable anchor both on the mat and out in the world.

Who it is for: Designed for anyone seeking deeper clarity, alignment, and intentionality—whether you are a longtime teacher or simply curious about yoga beyond physical movement.

What to bring: No physical practice is required. Please bring a journal, a pen, and an open heart.

Being rich isn’t about how much you have; it’s about how fully you live. Join elite corporate leader turned spiritual guide, author, and FEROZ founder AJ Bishop-Andrews for a powerful, paradigm-shifting keynote presentation that completely flips the script on female wealth.

For more than two decades, AJ climbed the highest rungs of senior banking leadership at JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, and Key Private Bank. Merging her executive finance acumen with her 25+ years as an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, AJ delivers a masterclass in embodied leadership and life transitions. The Living Gita: Navigating Modern Life’s Battlefields
Saturday September 12, 2026 3:00pm - 5:00pm MDT
The Bhagavad Gita is one of the most studied texts in the yoga tradition. It is also one of the most misunderstood. On the surface, it reads as a dramatic conversation on an ancient battlefield. In reality, it is a precise, psychological map for navigating choice, action, and meaning when the stakes of your daily life feel impossibly high.

Step into the silent, private sanctuary of the Secret Garden for a rare, life-changing workshop with world-renowned master teacher, healer, and author Nischala Joy Devi. A former monastic disciple to Sri Swami Satchidanandaji for 25 years and co-host of the acclaimed podcast A Woman's Gita, Nischala strips away the dry, rigid academic armor of scripture to make it deeply accessible, heart-centered, and relatable.

Rather than a dry lecture, this session brings the Gita into direct contact with the heavy questions you are actively carrying: What do I do when every option feels wrong? How do I act with clarity when I cannot see the whole picture? How do I stay grounded when the world around me is in chaos? Come experience a masterful, feminine-based interpretation of lineage wisdom that will touch your heart and redefine how you walk through the world.

Courage in Chaos: Yoga as a Practice of Community Care
Saturday September 12, 2026 5:30pm - 7:00pm MDT
When the world feels fractured, what does yoga ask of us?

How do we embody sthira (steadiness) and sukha (ease) while witnessing collective grief, polarization, or harm? How do we stay rooted in compassion without becoming overwhelmed or disconnected? And how do we care for ourselves while holding space for others?

This experiential workshop explores how the teachings of yoga become a living practice — not only on the mat, but in the moments our communities need them most.

Through reflection, discussion, and stories from lived experience, Lindsay Grabb and Ericka Jones will share what it meant to lead UP Yoga in Minneapolis through the racial reckoning of 2020 after the murder of George Floyd, COVID-19 pandemic, Congressional Assassination, Annunciation School mass shooting, and Operation Metro Surge (ICE raids). Together, they'll explore how yoga philosophy, clear values, and the practice of karma yoga became anchors for navigating uncertainty, making difficult decisions, and cultivating a community rooted in belonging and care.

Participants will be invited to explore:

How yoga philosophy can support courageous, compassionate action in times of uncertainty

Practices for remaining grounded while holding space for collective emotion and lived experience

The role of values as a compass for teaching, leading, and building authentic community

Ways to embody yoga beyond personal practice through service, discernment, and connection

How to create a practice and space of belonging inclusive of all — through safety, language, and self-care

Whether you're a teacher, studio owner, or devoted practitioner, you'll leave with renewed clarity that yoga is not simply something we do on the mat. It is a way of meeting the world with courage, wisdom, and an open heart — even when the path ahead is unknown.

Lindsay Grabb and Ericka Jones draw on their experience leading Up Yoga in Minneapolis through 2020's racial reckoning, the pandemic, and Operation Safety Net to explore how yoga philosophy and karma yoga anchor us in uncertainty. Leave with renewed clarity: yoga is a way of meeting the world with courage, wisdom, and clarity.

Language and the Craft of Teaching
Sunday September 13, 2026 9:00am - 10:00am MDT
ADMISSION NOTE: This exclusive session requires a Teacher Track Ticket for entry.

Go beyond mechanical cueing and discover how language can shape the "energetic architecture" of your classes. Drawing on decades of hosting YTTs, this workshop presents four distinct types of verbal communication designed to invoke specific mood and awareness states in real time. Just as an artist creates a bounty of color from basic pigments, you will learn to color your teaching with greater insight, precision, and levity.

Teaching is an intentional craft, not a haphazard act. While most 200-hour trainings provide the basics, this session offers the refinement needed to make your instructions feel "held" in the moment rather than rote. Through self-evaluation and collective wisdom sharing with fellow educators, you will transform your verbal approach into a powerful tool for student transformation.

Key Learning Objectives:
  • Self-Audit: Evaluate your dominant verbal style and identify areas for expansion.
  • Atmospheric Mastery: Understand how to invoke specific grades of attention through four core language types.
  • Peer Exchange: Participate in a collaborative forum to share and receive insights from the teaching community.

The Devi Mahatmya: Awakening the Power Within
Sunday September 13, 2026 10:30am - 12:30pm MDT
The Devi Mahatmya is one of the most profound mythological transmissions within the yogic tradition. It is an unfolding of the Divine Feminine as creator, sustainer, and destroyer. In this teaching, the Goddess is not a distant deity, but an intelligent, living force that arises whenever balance is disrupted meeting illusion, limitation, and fragmentation with radical clarity and grace. This workshop is an immersion into the myth as a living map of consciousness. Rather than studying it as symbolism alone, we enter its field, allowing the narrative to mirror the inner process of transformation.

Through story, meditation, practice, and inquiry, you will be invited to experience the myth as a mirror of inner transformation, the Goddess as living intelligence, and the cyclical nature of creation, preservation, and dissolution. You will also receive an initiation into three Kriya techniques that you can integrate into your own classes, offering practical tools to guide students into embodied states of awareness, energetic clarity, and inner stillness through lived experience rather than concept.

Living Archetypes: Integrating Hindu Deities into Modern Life
Sunday September 13, 2026 10:45am - 11:45am MDT
Hindu gods and goddesses are not just distant mythological characters—they are precise, symbolic expressions of the psychological and elemental forces that move through our everyday lives.

Join celebrated Vedic astrologer, cultural bridge-builder, and Tibet Imports co-founder Sarita Shrestha for a grounded, culturally rooted masterclass. Drawing from her roots in Nepal and over three decades of spiritual counseling, Sarita strips away the superficial, Westernized romanticism of Eastern deities. Instead, she introduces them as living intelligypes of intelligence that can actively support protection, courage, discernment, and renewal in your real, daily life.

Rather than approaching these forms as abstract mythology, this interactive workshop teaches you how to map specific deities to your own emotional and karmic patterns. Learn how to work with the energies of Ganesh, Lakshmi, Durga, Shiva, and Saraswati to navigate common adulthood challenges, make high-stakes decisions, and deepen your self-reflection.

Who it is for: Designed explicitly for yoga practitioners, teachers, and seekers who want to move beyond surface-level studio symbolism into something deeply meaningful, respectful, and usable.

Two-Minute In-Class Workshops to Empower Your Students
Sunday September 13, 2026 11:00am - 12:00pm MDT
ADMISSION NOTE: Access to this session requires a Full Teacher Summit Pass or a Teacher Track Add-On Ticket for entry and CE credit tracking.

Many alignment cues go completely unheard while students are deep in their physical flow. Or, worse, a student internally hears "you're doing it wrong," even when that is not what you said. The result is a student who leaves feeling self-conscious, a class that loses its physical momentum, and an instructor who stops offering alignment cues altogether out of frustration.

Join Denver Yoga Summit founder and master educator Brittany Hopkins Switlick for an invaluable, practical workshop that delivers the ultimate solution to cueing fatigue. Content from Brittany's elite 300-hour Advanced Leadership Teacher Training, this session teaches a repeatable, four-step formula for delivering powerful alignment insights mid-class in under two minutes flat.

Core Curriculum Competencies:
  • Momentum Preservation: Learn to deliver a comprehensive, multi-layered alignment insight mid-class in two minutes or less without stalling class flow.
  • Empowerment Framing: Master the psychological linguistic shifts required to frame physical alignment cues so students experience a new possibility rather than criticism.
  • The Four-Point Connection: Discover how to seamlessly connect a single structural cue to real-time safety, physical strength, breath capacity, or cross-pose application.
  • Real-Time Discernment: Upgrade your scanning eye to spot alignment opportunities in real time, knowing exactly when to deploy the formula versus when to keep the class moving.
  • Note: This is a limited-capacity, hands-on laboratory. Please ensure you have upgraded your Visitors Center to a Teacher Track Ticket

Whole Woman Wealth: Reclaiming Abundance & Self-Trust
Sunday September 13, 2026 11:00am - 12:30pm MDT
Being rich isn’t about how much you have; it’s about how fully you live. Step into the quiet, shaded sanctuary of the Creek Garden for an extraordinary workshop that flips the script on female wealth. In yoga, we constantly move beyond the physical posture into a space of deep self-inquiry, practicing the raw awareness required to ask: What is true? This session invites you to bring that exact same fierce presence to your relationship with money, identity, and power.

Guided by bestselling Rich Like Her author, FEROZ founder, and 25-year veteran E-RYT 500 yoga teacher AJ Bishop-Andrews, this transformative masterclass bridges the gap between spiritual alignment and practical financial clarity. Drawing from her two decades as a senior executive at JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo, AJ helps high-achieving women stop performing success and start embodying true abundance. Through a potent blend of meditative inquiry, group dialogue, and deep reflection, you will dismantle external pressures, audit where your financial habits are out of alignment with your core values, and learn to make fiscal decisions rooted in absolute self-trust.

What to Bring: This is a non-asana, interactive workshop open to all levels. Please bring a journal, a pen, a water bottle, and a light jacket for the shaded garden clearing.

Dynamic Stability: Teaching Yoga That Builds Resilient Joints (hyper/hypo mobility)
Sunday September 13, 2026 11:30am - 1:00pm MDT
Many yoga classes chase depth — longer holds, deeper stretches, bigger shapes. But joints don’t become more stable from hanging out at end range — they become more resilient when the muscles that support them are actively engaged and intelligently loaded.

In this workshop designed specifically for yoga instructors, we’ll explore how dynamic, muscle-driven movement builds joint stability more effectively than static holds or passive stretching alone. We’ll break down the different ways muscles support joint motion — concentrically, eccentrically, and isometrically — and why each plays a critical role in creating strength that translates off the mat.

You’ll learn how to harness the stabilizing system of the body to create practices that feel strong, adaptable, and sustainable. These tools are especially powerful for students with hypermobility, arthritis, or a history of injury — but they elevate every class you teach.

You’ll leave with practical drills, refined cueing language, and a more nuanced understanding of joint mechanics — so you can build strength inside mobility and teach in a way that develops true resilience for your students.

True resilience isn’t about the absence of adversity; it’s about choosing exactly how we rise to meet it. Join combat veteran, global motivational speaker, and internationally celebrated yoga teacher Dan Nevins for a powerhouse keynote presentation that will completely redefine your understanding of human potential.

In 2004, Dan survived an IED explosion in Iraq that resulted in the loss of both of his legs and a traumatic brain injury. From the depths of a grueling physical and psychological rehabilitation, he discovered the life-saving, transformational power of yoga—a practice that taught him to stop fighting his reality and start mastering his inner landscape. Through raw, vulnerable storytelling and the wisdom of his lived experience, Dan invites us to radically rethink our self-imposed limitations, dismantle fear, and reconnect with our innate capacity for massive growth. The 3rd Pāda: Meditation as a Way of Being
Sunday September 13, 2026 12:30pm - 2:30pm MDT
Many treat meditation as an isolated task: something we check off for twenty minutes before the chaotic pace of the day takes over. The third chapter of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras asks a radical, different question: What if meditative awareness was not a rigid practice you returned to, but the very way you lived your life?

Step into the quiet sanctuary of the Secret Garden for a profound masterclass with legendary author, healer, and lineage master Nischala Joy Devi. Drawing directly from her globally celebrated, feminine-rooted translation, The Secret Power of Yoga, Nischala guides participants into the deeper mysteries of the Vibhūti Pāda (the third chapter).

Together, you will explore how the mechanics of sustained, unbroken awareness (saṃyama) shape not just your inner landscape, but your immediate relationships, your daily choices, and how you show up in the world each day. This is an intimate, contemplative inquiry that gives you the rare time to sit inside ancient scripture, quiet the mind, and physically feel where these truths live in your modern adulthood experience.

The Human Experience of Recovery presented by Serenity For Life and Human Recovery
Sunday September 13, 2026 2:00pm - 3:00pm MDT
We are in a pivotal moment where the old paradigms of recovery are no longer enough. Human Recovery asks us to widen the lens; to recognize that recovery is part of the human experience. We are all recovering from something: grief, trauma, substances, conditioning, loss, or disconnection.

This keynote introduces an emerging ecosystem of whole-person recovery through the partnership of Serenity For Life and Human Recovery, LLC. Collaboratively they have created an integrative model that weaves together psychotherapy, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), trauma intensives, Human Recovery coaching, and community to support the full spectrum of healing. We are creating a continuum of care that honors the complexity of the human experience. Through yoga, somatic practices, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle medicine, we create spaces where healing is relational, sustainable, and deeply transformative.

Healing without feeling isn’t possible, recovery is not about fixing what is broken, it is about returning to wholeness.

Finding Yourself Between the Roles: Overriding the Habit of Performance
Sunday September 13, 2026 3:30pm - 4:30pm MDT
Life doesn't feel busy by accident. Between being a parent, a sibling, a friend, and an employee, we are often switching corporate and social roles so fast we completely lose track of who we are underneath them all.

Join mind-body storyteller, actor, and veteran corporate consultant Sravanthi Prattipati for an eye-opening keynote that explores the steep emotional cost of constantly performing success. Drawing from her high-intensity finance and consulting career at PwC, alongside her professional training on the theatrical stage, Sravanthi knows this tension intimately: how to convincingly become someone else, and what it costs your nervous system to keep doing that off-stage too.

This keynote strips away the external noise to deliver a practical framework for noticing when you are acting out of protective habit rather than authentic choice. Combining modern behavioral mindset practices with accessible mindfulness, you will walk away with tangible tools to show up more honestly in the roles you already carry, and a renewed sense of permission to slow down and lead from your truest self. If you've ever wondered who you'd be without all the noise, this session is for you.
