The Power of Calm
Friday September 11, 2026 4:30pm - 5:30pm MDT
In every moment there are possibilities to enhance work, life and human interaction. I will share an inspiring personal story on how I have discovered the possible in the least likely circumstances. The treasure that revealed itself to me was the power of calm. On many levels the original reveal of CALM. The many times over I harnessed calm which lead me to see the full potential in that moment. I was able to discover the possibilities over the limitations. Furthermore, calm has assisted myself and my clients and/or students eliminate stress, trauma or mental fall out associated with climactic and daily events.

During this session, I will share and demonstrate how to find and anchor calm in all situations. I will be illustrating the scientific relationship between all humans, nature and their electromagnetic field. Then, I will share the power and potential that arrives from a calm state of being. I will share personal and professional stories that will inspire the audience to find their ever present CALM.

Learning Objectives

1. The relevance and importance of retaining a balanced electromagnetic field in the human body.

2. The role the electromagnetic system places in supporting the entire physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.

3. Learn how nutrition and sound assists in balancing the electromagnetic field.

4. How to balance the electromagnetic field as a remedy to support the mental healing, transformation and well being.

5. How the electromagnetic field when balanced returns the human to their natural state CALM. All is possible in the state of CALM.

Outcome:

A. Understand clearly what is possible from a calm state

B. Understand how to access the full human potential

C. Discover the potential to transform and heal your relationships with self and others

D. Learn Practical tools to practice on a daily basis

Resonance & Radiance: Mantra, Mudra, and Meditation
Friday September 11, 2026 4:30pm - 5:30pm MDT
Resonance & Radiance: Mantra, Mudra, and Meditation Track: Mantra and Mudra, Meditation Level: All levels Duration: 60 minutes

Sound has always been one of yoga's most direct pathways inward. This session uses it intentionally.

Resonance & Radiance is a meditative experience built around harmonium, mantra, mudra, and breath. Jackie DeConti guides participants through a practice designed to quiet the nervous system, align the body's energetic centers, and create the conditions for genuine stillness — the kind that is hard to find in ordinary life.

The session opens with a grounding breath and body scan, giving everyone time to arrive fully before anything else begins. From there, participants are introduced to mudras paired with breathwork for relaxation and energetic balance. The heart of the practice moves into call-and-response chanting with live harmonium — no prior experience required, no wrong way to participate. Humming is welcome. Silence is welcome. Whatever arises is welcome.

A guided meditation follows, drawing the resonance of the chanting deeper into the body and mind. The session closes with a final tone and a moment of shared quiet.

Participants leave with practical tools they can take home — specific mudras, breath practices, and simple mantras they can use to regulate their nervous system and reconnect to themselves in daily life. No yoga experience is needed. Just a willingness to listen.

The Yoga of Relationships
Friday September 11, 2026 4:30pm - 5:30pm MDT
Exploring the Divine Mirror in Every Connection

Join symbolic mythologist and teacher Manoj Chalam for a transformative talk on the Yoga of Relationships—a journey into how our human connections serve as sacred mirrors for awakening and growth.

Manoj will bring in statues of Hindu and Buddhist deities to illustrate the ancient wisdom for modern times. Drawing from Vedantic philosophy, Hindu mythology, and practical wisdom, Manoj weaves humor, storytelling, and insight to reveal how every relationship—whether romantic, familial, or communal—is an opportunity to deepen our self-awareness and align with higher consciousness.

In this engaging and accessible session, participants will explore:

  • How relationships reflect the unresolved or enlightened aspects of the self
  • Archetypes of divine love and union through the lens of deities and symbolism
  • Tools for turning friction into fuel for evolution
  • The path of devotion (bhakti) in human connection

With warmth and wit, Manoj invites us to see love not just as emotion, but as a spiritual practice—a yoga. Come ready to laugh, reflect, and leave with your heart a little more open and your relationships a little more sacred.

Manoj will help you find your personal deity Goddess archetype

(This workshop is 80% lecture, 10% meditation, 5% Mantras and 5% light spiritual stretches.)

Mose Concert
Friday September 11, 2026 6:15pm - 8:45pm MDT
The Summit officially begins here. You’ve spent two hours exploring the marketplace, finding your bearings, and/or meeting the souls on the mats around you. At 6:00 PM, we officially gather as a collective. Sequoia Garza Keith will open the portal, introducing us to the sacred land beneath our feet and to each other, giving us space to arrive fully and set a unified intention for the three days ahead.

Then, Mose takes the Main Stage.

As a globally touring producer and DJ, Mose creates at the vibrant intersection of global rhythms, medicine songs, and ancestral melodies. He spends extended periods in deep retreat and silence between tours; what he brings back is music that feels less like a performance and more like a transformative passage. His sole intention is to open something dormant within each of us.

The journey begins in stillness. By the end, everyone on the Main Stage field is moving as one living, breathing wave. You won't quite know how you got from one to the other—only that you arrived together.

The elements: The sun will set over the dramatic Rocky Mountain foothills at 7:30 PM. You are outside. It is September in Colorado. There is no controlled version of this experience, and we wouldn't want one. This is not the pregame—this is the first moment we are all together. It is an experience you will carry home in your bones.

Core and Conscience: A Yamas-Focused Pilates Fusion Practice presented by Converge Yoga
Saturday September 12, 2026 9:00am - 10:00am MDT
What if your core workout was also a philosophy class?

This dynamic session blends the precision and control of Pilates with the intensity of HIIT-style intervals, woven together by the five Yamas — yoga's foundational ethical teachings. Each movement sequence carries both a physical intention and a philosophical one, so students are not just building strength but practicing the way they want to live.

The class moves through a grounding breath and spinal articulation series rooted in Ahimsa — non-violence, meeting the body with honesty and care. Bridge work anchors the practice in Satya, truthfulness about what the body can actually do today. Core mat sequences draw on Asteya, taking only what is needed and nothing more. The session builds into HIIT-style Tabata intervals — no-jump burpees, mountain climbers — held within the spirit of Brahmacharya and Aparigraha, channeling energy with focus and releasing the need to compete or compare.

You’ll leave with a stronger body, a felt sense of the Yamas in action, and proof that the mat and the rest of life are not as separate as they seem.

The Radiant Body: Chakras, Doshas & Your Inner Gifts
Saturday September 12, 2026 9:00am - 10:00am MDT
At the sacred crossroads of Ayurveda and the chakra system lies a map of your elemental nature and deeper gifts. These sister sciences illuminate the subtle and physical dimensions of who we are — revealing the intelligence woven through body, energy, and spirit.

Rooted in the wisdom of the five elements, Ayurveda expresses itself through the doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha — the energetic blueprint through which we live our embodied lives. Each dosha holds profound strengths: Vata’s visionary creativity and intuition, Pitta’s radiant courage and transformative clarity, Kapha’s steady devotion and deep compassion.

When these elemental forces are explored alongside the chakras — the energetic centers of consciousness within the subtle body — we awaken a powerful understanding of ourselves. We begin to experience our constitution as a pathway toward healing, integration, and the ignition of our most radiant self.

Our time together will begin with a gentle, accessible overview of both systems, then unfold into slow, intentional movement, meditation, and reflection to embody your innate strengths. Open to all levels, bodies, and beings. Come ready to move slowly, listen deeply, and reconnect with your inner brilliance.

The Aim of Yoga: Unlocking the Power of the Sutras
Saturday September 12, 2026 9:15am - 10:30am MDT
What is the true aim of yoga beyond the physical pose? In this foundational workshop, we explore the core purpose of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali as illustrated by the first five verses (1.1–1.5). By examining the nature of the mind and why we suffer, we uncover how these ancient texts provide a direct roadmap for liberation and higher understanding—moving from avidya (ignorance) to clarity.

Through a blend of philosophical inquiry and embodiment practices, we will bridge the gap between sutra study and your daily life on and off the mat. Participants will experience a guided kriya to "still mental fluctuations," followed by meditation designed to integrate these concepts into their existing practice. Whether you are a student or a teacher, this session will clarify the role of the mind in yoga, providing deeper context and a renewed sense of purpose for your personal journey.

Workshop Highlights:
  • The Greater Aim: Understand yoga as a holistic system for navigating the mind.
  • Embodied Philosophy: Move from intellectual theory into a direct experience of "stilling the mind."
  • Practical Reflection: Learn to apply sutra 1.1–1.5 to modern asana and daily self-reflection.

Kundalini Shakti: A Kriya Journey to Ignite the Inner Current
Saturday September 12, 2026 10:30am - 12:00pm MDT
Roll out your mat on the Main Stage Field and prepare to step into the deeper, evolutionary layers of your practice. Rooted in ancient Tantric traditions and Himalayan Kriya Yoga, this powerful 90-minute immersion is guided by globally trained Sattva Yoga Master Teacher Catherine Wetenkamp. More than just a class, this session is a direct energetic transmission where breath, conscious awareness, and primal life force begin to move as one giant wave against the backdrop of the Rockies.

Kriya utilizes a precise combination of breathwork (pranayama), energetic locks (bandhas), sacred sound (mantra), and subtle, repetitive movement. These ancient technologies are engineered to safely awaken and guide your Kundalini Shakti (inner current) with absolute precision and reverence.

The Transformation: Kriya is often described as evolutionary action. It doesn’t just shift how you feel for an hour; it radically alters the lens through which you perceive reality, dissolving the mental barriers holding you back. This is your sacred space to refine your sensitivity to prana, clear away stubborn subconscious blockages, and experience what becomes possible when your system is prepared to hold more energy, more awareness, and more truth. Grounded, fierce, and deeply inward, this is for those ready to move beyond the surface of asana and into the work that transforms from within.

Meet us beneath the cool, shaded arches of the Lavender Pergola to learn how to stay in relationship with what has always been within you while everything around you shifts.

Guided by Kelsey Mueller, this session is designed specifically for prenatal and postpartum bodies (not as a modified version of a standard class, but as a practice created for the intelligence and lived reality of this season). Surrounded by the soothing fragrance of blooming lavender, you will explore how to stay connected to yourself through change without overriding your body's signals.

What to Expect: This workshop-style class guides you through intentional movement designed to support pelvic stability, deep breath awareness, and whole-body integration. Expect grounding postures, joint-friendly strength building, and restorative pauses for nervous system support.

For Teachers Too: If you are a yoga instructor who wants to see real-time prenatal adaptation, functional movement, and nervous system-informed pacing in action, this masterclass is for you.

Come as you are. Your body knows more than you think. All stages of pregnancy, postpartum, and yoga experience levels are warmly welcomed.

Yoga as Primary Care: The Science of Longevity & Self-Regulation
Saturday September 12, 2026 11:00am - 12:00pm MDT
What if your yoga mat was a clinical tool for cellular healing? Join functional medicine practitioner and immunological specialist Dr. Mitchell Rasmussen for a groundbreaking keynote that explores how yoga influences the nervous system, immune response, and cellular signaling. As the co-founder of The Facility Denver, Mitchell specializes in guiding care for individuals with complex, chronic conditions who have often "tried everything" without lasting results.

Moving far beyond traditional chiropractic care, Mitchell bridges cutting-edge biochemistry with timeless embodied practice. In this illuminating talk, he invites us to stop viewing yoga as a reactionary fitness routine for when we get sick, and instead recognize it as a foundational primary care practice for long-term health. Grounded in his three core pillars: Empowerment, Education, and Empathy, this session strips away the medical jargon to help you understand your own unique physiology. Walk away with a personalized, science-backed perspective on your practice and the actionable tools needed to work with your body instead of against it.

Reset Flow for Posture: Deconstructing the "Desk Body"
Saturday September 12, 2026 11:00am - 12:30pm MDT
Hours spent hunched over a laptop or phone inevitably create the “desk body” (rounded shoulders, sleepy glutes, locked-up hips, and forward head posture). Over time, these structural patterns chip away at your daily energy, cloud your focus, and compromise long-term spinal health.

Step into the beautiful Open Air Chapel for a definitive antidote to modern screen time. Guided by Exercise Physiologist and The Healthy Yinzer founder Nick Venuti, this fast-acting functional flow seamlessly blends classical yoga, Pilates, and targeted corrective exercise.

Together, you will methodically wake up your deep core, ignite inhibited glutes, release chronically tight hip flexors, and strengthen your posterior chain to pull your spine back into natural alignment. By pairing precise biomechanics with intentional breathwork, Nick teaches your body how to sit taller, move smarter, and release stored physical stress.

The Takeaway: Leave your mat feeling physically taller, deeply re-energized, and equipped with practical, 5-minute movement drills you can slot into your workday to prevent injury.

Who it is for: Perfectly accessible to all fitness levels. Highly recommended for corporate professionals, remote workers, and yoga instructors looking for smart sequencing variables.

The Sounding of Silence: Meditation as Remembering
Saturday September 12, 2026 11:00am - 12:30pm MDT
What is silence? In the ancient wisdom schools, silence was never understood as mere absence or emptiness. It was recognized as the living ground of being—the fertile stillness from which all of life arises.

In this experiential session, we will begin with a simple practice to settle into deep presence before exploring the teachings of the great Kashmir Tantra master, Abhinavagupta. Together, we will contemplate the mystery of silence as inherently sounding, and consider what it means that we are the form of the Unformed, the sound of the Unsounded.

What changes when we understand ourselves in this way? What if meditation is not a means of achieving a future state, but a sacred remembering of our essential nature?

Blending contemplative teaching with direct experience, this session offers an invitation to rest beneath the noise of striving and rediscover the presence that has always been here—whole, awake, and fiercely calling us home.

Cakra—Spirit to Nature: The Secret Vibration of the Petals
Saturday September 12, 2026 11:15am - 1:15pm MDT
What do the petals on a cakra diagram actually mean? While modern wellness often frames cakras as spinning wheels of color that get "blocked," classical yoga offers a far deeper truth: cakras are pure Spirit, always in perfect balance, and always available to ground us in who we already are.

Step into the absolute stillness of the Secret Garden for a session guided by master educator Hansa Knox. What This Journey Covers:

  • The Anatomy of the Petals: Learn how the letters of the Saṃskṛt alphabet (mātṛkā) dictate the vibrational blueprint and inner essence of each cakra.
  • The Three Dimensions: Explore how each letter has a direct spiritual (tattva), mental-emotional (vṛtti), and physical expression (marma points).
  • Prāṇic Āsana Integration: Experience how vocalizing and moving through the Saṃskṛt names of traditional postures alters the flow of life force in real time.

This is primarily an educational, lecture-based workshop with targeted experiential components. Perfect for yoga teachers, lineage seekers, and anyone looking to move beyond Westernized cakra theory.

From Inspiration to Integration: Carrying the Yoga Home
Saturday September 12, 2026 12:30pm - 2:00pm MDT
You’ve taken the classes. Filled your notebook. Opened your heart. Now what?

One of the greatest challenges of a yoga festival isn't finding inspiration—it’s learning how to carry that lightning bolt of insight into your messy, everyday life. Step into the soothing, shaded sanctuary of the Creek Garden for a vital integration masterclass. Guided by psychotherapist and Living AWAKE author Erik Vienneau, this experiential workshop delivers a survival kit for the post-festival transition.

Drawing from Buddhist psychology, nervous system science, and over three decades of personal meditation practice, Erik shares effortless ways to work with modern stress, difficult emotions, and corporate distraction—without adding another heavy item to your to-do list.

Together, we will explore:

Why lasting life shifts come from tiny daily micro-habits rather than temporary peak experiences.

A simple, clinical framework to interrupt mental reactivity, thoughts, and emotional loops.

Real-time techniques to regulate your nervous system and return to center in the middle of a busy workday.

How to architect a sustainable personal practice that actually matches your lifestyle.

This session includes deep guided meditation, honest reflection, and physical, take-home integration tools you can utilize the second you leave the festival grounds. Because the real practice begins when the summit ends.

Saturday September 12, 2026 1:00pm - 2:00pm MDT
Step into a movement ritual where breath takes the absolute lead. Presented by Breath of Life Yoga in the spectacular Open Air Chapel, this all-levels Vinyasa masterclass seamlessly journeys from mindful centering into a dynamically woven physical flow, closing with grounding restorative shapes.

Your guide, Keisha Archuleta (E-RYT 200, RYT 500), teaches from a place of deep personal transformation rather than rigid performance. Having used the principles of yoga to navigate a 150-pound weight loss, corporate career demands, and triathlons, Keisha designs her sequences to be inclusive by nature. Cultural Reverence in Yoga Spaces: Practicing with Awareness, Accountability, and Care
Saturday September 12, 2026 1:00pm - 2:00pm MDT
Modern yoga and wellness environments often extract from Indigenous cultures without fully understanding the histories, systemic harms, and deep ethical responsibilities that come with those practices. This vital workshop invites educators into a grounded, human conversation about cultural reverence—exploring how to move, speak, and teach in ways that honor Indigenous peoples while actively reducing harm.

Led by Sequoia Garza-Keith, a mixed Indigenous practitioner and educator, this session unpacks how Indigenous traditions have been historically criminalized and appropriated, and how those realities echo in today's studios. Rather than centering shame, this workshop emphasizes curiosity, humility, and practical toolkits for navigating nuance with genuine care.

Core Curriculum Competencies:
  • Land Acknowledgments: Learn precisely when, why, and how to deliver a meaningful land acknowledgment that moves beyond corporate performance.
  • Inclusive Space-Holding: Understand how to respectfully engage with Indigenous traditions under the assumption that Indigenous people are actively present in your class.
  • Accountability Over Paralysis: Master specific tools to navigate linguistic or cultural mistakes with transparent accountability rather than defensiveness or shutting down.
  • Lineage Ethics: Connect Western yoga ethics back to a living lineage of responsibility, relationship, and respect, rather than extraction.

The Shoulder Secret Your Yoga Practice Has Been Missing
Saturday September 12, 2026 1:00pm - 2:30pm MDT
It’s not just about strength or flexibility — the alignment of your shoulders in yoga postures has everything to with scapular strategy.

In this workshop, we’ll demystify scapular biomechanics and anatomy to have the full picture so you’re not just following cues - you’re understanding the whole system. We’ll break down the how and why of the shoulders in weight-bearing postures so you can stop “muscling through”and build your foundation with intention. You’ll learn how your shoulder blades move with the arms overhead in postures like chair pose or even downward dog (hint: it’s not back and down!).

When you see how all the pieces fit together, subtle shifts in awareness will transform shaky transitions into grounded confidence. Expect anatomy made practical, drills you can feel immediately, and a whole new relationship with your shoulder alignment in yoga postures!

Yoga Off the Mat: Crafting a Personal Sutra
Saturday September 12, 2026 1:30pm - 2:30pm MDT
Yoga is far more than physical shapes on a mat—it is a conscious way of relating to ourselves, our communities, and the lives we are actively creating. Step away from the physical asana and into the absolute, silent sanctuary of the Secret Garden for a profound workshop dedicated to living your practice aloud. In this non-moving session, you will explore the classical concept of a sutra—traditionally a concise, guiding thread of wisdom—and learn how to distill one for your own life.

Guided by immersive contemplation, intentional journaling prompts, and meaningful group dialogue, you will examine the exact patterns, values, and truths you want to live from. Together, we will bridge the gap between ancient yogic philosophy and everyday modern reality, crafting a personalized "thread" of language to serve as an unshakeable anchor both on the mat and out in the world.

Who it is for: Designed for anyone seeking deeper clarity, alignment, and intentionality—whether you are a longtime teacher or simply curious about yoga beyond physical movement.

What to bring: No physical practice is required. Please bring a journal, a pen, and an open heart.

Wild Shakti Yoga & Live Soundscape with Sol Rising
Saturday September 12, 2026 3:00pm - 4:00pm MDT
Shakti—the creative life force within every body—does not need to be earned or unlocked. It simply needs space to move. Meet us on the Main Stage Field for a beautiful collaboration. Created by veteran embodiment guide Kimberly (Kimmy) Hidalgo and powered by the ecstatic, blissful beats of international producer and master scratch DJ Sol Rising, this session is designed to awaken your wild, untamed energy against the backdrop of the Rockies.

The journey opens in absolute grounding before Kimmy introduces a fluid, unhurried movement practice guided entirely by breath and raw sensation rather than rigid form or performance. There is no "perfect" expression of a pose. As you move, Sol Rising weaves an exclusive, live electronic soundscape—seamlessly blending hip-hop-infused mid-tempo, chill-trap, and ambient lo-fi textures to act as your medicine. Building into a warm, collective wave of uninhibited movement and connection, the session closes in deep stillness to allow your nervous system to fully integrate.

Whole Woman Wealth Keynote
Saturday September 12, 2026 3:00pm - 4:00pm MDT
Being rich isn’t about how much you have; it’s about how fully you live. Join elite corporate leader turned spiritual guide, author, and FEROZ founder AJ Bishop-Andrews for a powerful, paradigm-shifting keynote presentation that completely flips the script on female wealth.

For more than two decades, AJ climbed the highest rungs of senior banking leadership at JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, and Key Private Bank. From the outside, her life looked flawlessly successful, stable, and secure. On the inside, she carried a quiet, persistent truth that many high-achieving women secretly hold: this version of success no longer fits.

Drawing directly from the core themes of her bestselling book, Rich Like Her, AJ maps out the essential seasons that shape a woman’s sense of worth: the exhausting season of performance, the disruptive season of reckoning, and the triumphant season of reclaiming your inner authority. Merging her executive finance acumen with her 25+ years as an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, AJ delivers a masterclass in embodied leadership and life transitions. This talk will give you the practical frameworks and radical self-trust needed to stop performing a life that looks good on paper, and start living one that feels profoundly true to your soul.

Japa Meditation: The Practice of Sacred Repetition
Saturday September 12, 2026 3:00pm - 4:30pm MDT
Most of us have heard the word mantra. Few of us have felt what happens when it actually moves through you. Step into a profound 45-minute immersion into one of yoga's oldest, most accessible, and most misunderstood meditation practices.

Japa is the practice of sacred repetition: offering a mantra again and again until the analytical mind completely quiets and something deeper begins to speak. Guided by Catherine Wetenkamp, a Master Teacher trained in Rishikesh, India, this session draws from a living Himalayan Tantric lineage. Cat carries these teachings with precision and deep care; what she offers here is not a simple technique, but a direct transmission.

You don't need prior meditation experience, and you don't need to know Sanskrit. You only need to show up and be willing to listen. Leave this session with a practical, powerful ritual you can use tomorrow morning at your desk, in your car, or in the quiet moments you didn't know you had.

The journey shifts seamlessly from cosmic storytelling through sacred song to silent, mindful observation.

The Takeaway: Leave this creek-side sanctuary with practical, daily tools to decode your dream states and foster lasting spiritual growth.

What to Bring (Critical): This is an extensive experiential workshop. Please bring a notebook, pen, yoga mat, hand towel or eye cover, a warm blanket, water, and dress in cozy layers as your body temperature will drop during deep meditation. Open to all levels.

The Living Gita: Navigating Modern Life’s Battlefields
Saturday September 12, 2026 3:00pm - 5:00pm MDT
The Bhagavad Gita is one of the most studied texts in the yoga tradition. It is also one of the most misunderstood. On the surface, it reads as a dramatic conversation on an ancient battlefield. In reality, it is a precise, psychological map for navigating choice, action, and meaning when the stakes of your daily life feel impossibly high.

Step into the silent, private sanctuary of the Secret Garden for a rare, life-changing workshop with world-renowned master teacher, healer, and author Nischala Joy Devi. A former monastic disciple to Sri Swami Satchidanandaji for 25 years and co-host of the acclaimed podcast A Woman's Gita, Nischala strips away the dry, rigid academic armor of scripture to make it deeply accessible, heart-centered, and relatable.

Rather than a dry lecture, this session brings the Gita into direct contact with the heavy questions you are actively carrying: What do I do when every option feels wrong? How do I act with clarity when I cannot see the whole picture? How do I stay grounded when the world around me is in chaos? Come experience a masterful, feminine-based interpretation of lineage wisdom that will touch your heart and redefine how you walk through the world.

Sacred Rest: Open-Air Yin & Yoga Nidra Practice
Saturday September 12, 2026 4:30pm - 5:30pm MDT
Unplug from the movement of the day and step into a sanctuary of absolute stillness. Hosted in the breathtaking Open Air Chapel, this dual-modality masterclass pairs the deep physical release of Yin Yoga with the profound mental restoration of Yoga Nidra.

The journey begins with Yin treated as a deep, physical meditation. You will explore unhurried transitions and long holds of 3 to 5 minutes, specifically engineered to move stagnant energy through the body and safely clear tension from your deep connective tissues and fascia. Once the physical body is completely softened, you will transition into Yoga Nidra—a fully guided, effortless meditation practiced lying down beneath the open Colorado sky. This conscious rest protocol is designed to rapidly regulate an overwhelmed nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and foster deep somatic integration. Leave the chapel feeling profoundly spacious, light, and returned to your true self.

Pro-Tip (Critical): Because your body temperature drops drastically during long, still holds, please bring a thick mat, a warm blanket, an eye cover, and extra cozy layers (sweatshirt, socks) to maximize your comfort on the lawn. All levels welcome.

The Yoga of Beginning Again: A Stroke Survivor’s Guide to Resilience On and Off the Mat
Saturday September 12, 2026 4:30pm - 5:30pm MDT
In the blink of an eye, Abigail went from teaching yoga to relearning how to walk. After a cerebellar stroke in 2012, she discovered that the relationship you have with your body shapes the entire quality of your life. That season redefined her understanding of resilience. It’s not about pushing harder or chasing perfection. It’s choosing to adapt to challenges without giving up on yourself. Yoga became her way to practice resilience by transforming physical loss into whole-body living. In this keynote, Abigail shares a framework for rebuilding body trust after physical trauma, plus practical ways teachers and students can make yoga more accessible across abilities.

Key Takeaways

Redefine resilience as a practice of effort + recovery

Build body trust through simple, repeatable tools you can use immediately

Shift the way you see accessibility so inclusion becomes part of your yoga practice

Sādhana: Creating a Sustainable Daily Practice
Saturday September 12, 2026 5:00pm - 6:30pm MDT
Most people know what they should be doing, but find it nearly impossible to bridge the gap between information and actual daily practice. Enter the concept of Sādhana—the Sanskrit word for an intentional, daily spiritual practice. It is the grounding anchor you return to every single morning because it is what keeps you connected to your true self amidst the chaos of life.

Join world-class educator, Reiki Master, and ParaYoga specialist Jeremy Wolf for an illuminating, 90-minute workshop designed to end the cycle of starting over. Synthesizing traditional Eastern wisdom with modern somatic science, Jeremy strips away the guilt and idealism of modern wellness culture. You will learn the definitive psychological and energetic principles required to build a daily ritual sized specifically to your messy, everyday life—not a flawless, idealized version of it.

Who it is for: This masterclass is explicitly created for the practitioner who keeps starting over every single Monday. It is also an essential sanctuary for the yoga teacher who is constantly giving everyone else a practice while quietly wondering what happened to their own.

Courage in Chaos: Yoga as a Practice of Community Care
Saturday September 12, 2026 5:30pm - 7:00pm MDT
When the world feels fractured, what does yoga ask of us?

How do we embody sthira (steadiness) and sukha (ease) while witnessing collective grief, polarization, or harm? How do we stay rooted in compassion without becoming overwhelmed or disconnected? And how do we care for ourselves while holding space for others?

This experiential workshop explores how the teachings of yoga become a living practice — not only on the mat, but in the moments our communities need them most.

Through reflection, discussion, and stories from lived experience, Lindsay Grabb and Ericka Jones will share what it meant to lead UP Yoga in Minneapolis through the racial reckoning of 2020 after the murder of George Floyd, COVID-19 pandemic, Congressional Assassination, Annunciation School mass shooting, and Operation Metro Surge (ICE raids). Together, they'll explore how yoga philosophy, clear values, and the practice of karma yoga became anchors for navigating uncertainty, making difficult decisions, and cultivating a community rooted in belonging and care.

Participants will be invited to explore:

How yoga philosophy can support courageous, compassionate action in times of uncertainty

Practices for remaining grounded while holding space for collective emotion and lived experience

The role of values as a compass for teaching, leading, and building authentic community

Ways to embody yoga beyond personal practice through service, discernment, and connection

How to create a practice and space of belonging inclusive of all — through safety, language, and self-care

Whether you're a teacher, studio owner, or devoted practitioner, you'll leave with renewed clarity that yoga is not simply something we do on the mat. It is a way of meeting the world with courage, wisdom, and an open heart — even when the path ahead is unknown.

Lindsay Grabb and Ericka Jones draw on their experience leading Up Yoga in Minneapolis through 2020's racial reckoning, the pandemic, and Operation Safety Net to explore how yoga philosophy and karma yoga anchor us in uncertainty. Leave with renewed clarity: yoga is a way of meeting the world with courage, wisdom, and clarity.

Liberatory Yoga Flow (Trauma-Informed Hatha Vinyasa + Kemetic Yoga Rooted in Radical Imagination)
Saturday September 12, 2026 6:00pm - 7:00pm MDT
Liberatory Yoga Flow is a trauma-informed yoga practice developed by Soraya Latiff that centers embodied autonomy, collective lived experience, imagination, and liberation. In this one-hour offering, Soraya brings together Hatha Vinyasa and Kemetic Yoga, honoring yoga's and her own ancestral lineages while creating space for practitioners to explore what liberation can feel like within their own bodies and lives.
Through intentional movement, breath, and accessible options for all levels, we will honor the wisdom our bodies carry, including our individual and collective lived experiences, while making space to reimagine and practice what is possible for ourselves and our collective.
This practice asks us to consider: What becomes possible when we are able to move beyond survival and toward the collective lives we dream of? What are we being called to remember, embody, and create in this lifetime?
We will close with meditation and guided visualization.

Evening Ritual: Kirtan, Mantras & Devotional Melodies
Saturday September 12, 2026 6:00pm - 7:00pm MDT
Jordan travels with just a harmonium and an open heart. The simplicity is the entire point. In a vibrant weekend filled with constant movement, deep learning, and active becoming, this headline session is your official invitation to simply be—together, in sound, at the end of a day that asked a lot of you.

Join international Bhakti artist Jordan Loder on the Main Stage Field for an evening of raw vulnerability, deep laughter, and profound stillness under the Colorado sky. Deeply influenced by the non-dual teachings of Ramana Maharshi and his extensive global tours alongside kirtan icons like Deva Premal & Miten and Snatam Kaur, Jordan weaves ancient Hindu and Buddhist mantras centered on forgiveness, gratitude, and compassion. His contemporary, unpretentious approach strips away spiritual titles to offer a refreshing space for genuine emotional release. Bring a blanket, sit close to the earth, and let the acoustic resonance of call-and-response chanting guide you home to the ever-present Self.

A Journey Inward: Yin Yoga Practice
Sunday September 13, 2026 9:00am - 10:00am MDT
In a world that rarely asks you to be still, yin invites you to drop beneath the surface and explore the quieter world within. Here, the body becomes a landscape. Stillness, the guide. Each posture, an invitation. Each breath, a homecoming.

This slow, contemplative yin yoga practice emphasizes long-held, floor-based postures that target the deeper connective tissues of the body. The class invites stillness, patience, and inward attention, and creates space for physical release and mental quiet.

Ideal as a complement to more dynamic practices, this session supports flexibility, joint health, and nervous system regulation while cultivating mindfulness and introspection.

Drum Journey: A Grounded Sound Meditation Experience
Sunday September 13, 2026 9:00am - 10:30am MDT
A Drum Journey is a rhythmic spiritual experience.

Similar to a sound bath, it's a meditative environment to have visions without the aid of psychedelics. Although, unlike sound baths, the experience is from one singular buffalo drum, which releases a sound vibration that moves through the cells of the body, rather than bouncing off the body. This can induce auditory hallucinations, believed to be the singing and instruments from ancestors of the land, sounds of wildlife can be expected; also visions, similar to a dream, with symbolism and emotion; opening the mind to solutions while remaining open to what the spirits may bring.

During the Journey, the brain starts producing theta waves, the frequency responsible for dreams.

Other scientific benefits include a drop in cortisol levels, aka, the stress hormone. When cortisol levels are high, the body lives in its sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight). By lowering these levels, the body shifts into its parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest). Drum Journeying can also raise levels of Immunoglobulin A, which helps fight inflammation, illness, and pain. Thus, Drum Journeying can actually make us healthier! Look into NCBI for more science!

You can look forward to 60 minutes of meditation broken into sections.

• 5 minutes of adjusting into the space:

A brief explanation of what a Drum Journey is, & how it worksA cleanse (smudge) of the space, using Palo Santo, in order to neutralize the energy for safe Journeying.A meditation, in which you will create a haven in your mind to return to at any point.

• 45 minutes of drumming:

Toward the conclusion of the Journey, the tone of the drum will change to gently bring you back into your haven.

To wrap up the evening, there is a ~10 minute quiet window to discuss your experiences & visions.

What to bring?

  • Socks (if your feet get cold!)
  • Soft & cozy clothes
  • Pillow &/or blanket
  • Eye covering (if desired)

Introduction to Pranayama
Sunday September 13, 2026 10:20am - 11:20am MDT
Breath is one of the most powerful—and underutilized—tools we have for regulating the nervous system, sharpening awareness, and changing how we respond to life.

In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore several foundational pranayama practices and how they directly influence energy, mood, focus, and emotional regulation. Rather than treating breathwork as an abstract concept, we’ll look at when and why to use specific techniques—whether you’re feeling anxious, depleted, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected.

Simple, Intelligent Breath Practices
Prāṇāyāma does not need to be intimidating, esoteric, or reserved for seated workshops.
And yet, many yoga teachers either skip it entirely in asana classes or overcomplicate it to the point where students feel confused or disconnected.

This session is about practicality and discernment.

In this applied workshop, Arundhati B shares the exact prāṇāyāma practices she weaves into her movement-based classes — intelligently, safely, and with clear purpose.

You will learn:
• Which breath practices integrate naturally into asana sequences
• How to layer prāṇāyāma without disrupting class flow
• When to stimulate, when to settle, and how to read the room
• How to cue simply without diluting depth
• The difference between teaching technique and cultivating experience

This is not about adding complexity. It is about adding clarity.
Whether you are a newer teacher or seasoned educator, you will leave with practical tools you can use immediately — and a deeper confidence in guiding breath within dynamic classes.

Living Archetypes: Integrating Hindu Deities into Modern Life
Sunday September 13, 2026 10:45am - 11:45am MDT
Hindu gods and goddesses are not just distant mythological characters—they are precise, symbolic expressions of the psychological and elemental forces that move through our everyday lives.

Join celebrated Vedic astrologer, cultural bridge-builder, and Tibet Imports co-founder Sarita Shrestha for a grounded, culturally rooted masterclass. Drawing from her roots in Nepal and over three decades of spiritual counseling, Sarita strips away the superficial, Westernized romanticism of Eastern deities. Instead, she introduces them as living intelligypes of intelligence that can actively support protection, courage, discernment, and renewal in your real, daily life.

Rather than approaching these forms as abstract mythology, this interactive workshop teaches you how to map specific deities to your own emotional and karmic patterns. Learn how to work with the energies of Ganesh, Lakshmi, Durga, Shiva, and Saraswati to navigate common adulthood challenges, make high-stakes decisions, and deepen your self-reflection.

Who it is for: Designed explicitly for yoga practitioners, teachers, and seekers who want to move beyond surface-level studio symbolism into something deeply meaningful, respectful, and usable.

Hands as Gateway: Directing Energy Through Mudra
Sunday September 13, 2026 11:00am - 12:00pm MDT
Mudrās are far more than symbolic hand shapes, they are precise, subtle technological tools for directing and regulating the flow of life force (prāṇa) throughout your entire body and mind. Step into the quiet sanctuary of the Secret Garden for a rare, multi-sensory workshop led by master Denver educator and Yoga on the Rocks instructor Patricia Wetmore.

Moving far beyond dry, abstract theory, Patricia leverages her 34-year background in education and psychology to deliver a deeply felt, experiential masterclass. You will explore how specific hand gestures can be actively layered into your meditation, breathwork, mantra, and asana to instantly deepen presence and expand your awareness. Through guided Himalayan Kriya sequences that seamlessly combine breath and sound, you will learn how to use these "energetic seals" to alter your internal tone and soothe your nervous system. Leave this garden oasis with a powerful, hidden toolkit to enrich your personal practice and carry the medicine of yoga off the mat.

The Flower of Life: Reimagining Connection Beyond Hierarchy presented by Yoga Center of Denver
Sunday September 13, 2026 11:00am - 12:15pm MDT
What if the social and physical structures we move within (both on and off the mat) were not built on hierarchy, but on pure, radiant interconnection?

Presented by the Yoga Center of Denver and hosted in the spectacular Open Air Chapel, this experiential masterclass begins with a singular, revolutionary question: Can you recognize yourself as one sun among many suns, equally essential: not above, and not below? Guided by master lineage holder, multidisciplinary artist, and Kutuhala Yoga Shala founder Vinita Mundluru, participants will physically arrange their mats into the sacred geometric grid of the Flower of Life pattern.

The journey opens with a grounding internal meditation before launching into a rich asana flow guided by ancient storytelling and Vedantic philosophy. Midway through, the energy shifts into an active, eyes-open authentic relating ritual of real contact and presence, inviting you to meet your peers as living points in the exact same cosmic pattern. Tracing the threads between classical duality and ultimate wholeness, this session doesn't just describe connection—it actively demonstrates it. Leave your mat having lived the practice, completely anchored in your creative birthright.

Whole Woman Wealth: Reclaiming Abundance & Self-Trust
Sunday September 13, 2026 11:00am - 12:30pm MDT
Being rich isn’t about how much you have; it’s about how fully you live. Step into the quiet, shaded sanctuary of the Creek Garden for an extraordinary workshop that flips the script on female wealth. In yoga, we constantly move beyond the physical posture into a space of deep self-inquiry, practicing the raw awareness required to ask: What is true? This session invites you to bring that exact same fierce presence to your relationship with money, identity, and power.

Guided by bestselling Rich Like Her author, FEROZ founder, and 25-year veteran E-RYT 500 yoga teacher AJ Bishop-Andrews, this transformative masterclass bridges the gap between spiritual alignment and practical financial clarity. Drawing from her two decades as a senior executive at JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo, AJ helps high-achieving women stop performing success and start embodying true abundance. Through a potent blend of meditative inquiry, group dialogue, and deep reflection, you will dismantle external pressures, audit where your financial habits are out of alignment with your core values, and learn to make fiscal decisions rooted in absolute self-trust.

What to Bring: This is a non-asana, interactive workshop open to all levels. Please bring a journal, a pen, a water bottle, and a light jacket for the shaded garden clearing.

Dynamic Stability: Teaching Yoga That Builds Resilient Joints (hyper/hypo mobility)
Sunday September 13, 2026 11:30am - 1:00pm MDT
Many yoga classes chase depth — longer holds, deeper stretches, bigger shapes. But joints don’t become more stable from hanging out at end range — they become more resilient when the muscles that support them are actively engaged and intelligently loaded.

In this workshop designed specifically for yoga instructors, we’ll explore how dynamic, muscle-driven movement builds joint stability more effectively than static holds or passive stretching alone. We’ll break down the different ways muscles support joint motion — concentrically, eccentrically, and isometrically — and why each plays a critical role in creating strength that translates off the mat.

You’ll learn how to harness the stabilizing system of the body to create practices that feel strong, adaptable, and sustainable. These tools are especially powerful for students with hypermobility, arthritis, or a history of injury — but they elevate every class you teach.

You’ll leave with practical drills, refined cueing language, and a more nuanced understanding of joint mechanics — so you can build strength inside mobility and teach in a way that develops true resilience for your students.

The 3rd Pāda: Meditation as a Way of Being
Sunday September 13, 2026 12:30pm - 2:30pm MDT
Many treat meditation as an isolated task: something we check off for twenty minutes before the chaotic pace of the day takes over. The third chapter of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras asks a radical, different question: What if meditative awareness was not a rigid practice you returned to, but the very way you lived your life?

Step into the quiet sanctuary of the Secret Garden for a profound masterclass with legendary author, healer, and lineage master Nischala Joy Devi. Drawing directly from her globally celebrated, feminine-rooted translation, The Secret Power of Yoga, Nischala guides participants into the deeper mysteries of the Vibhūti Pāda (the third chapter).

Together, you will explore how the mechanics of sustained, unbroken awareness (saṃyama) shape not just your inner landscape, but your immediate relationships, your daily choices, and how you show up in the world each day. This is an intimate, contemplative inquiry that gives you the rare time to sit inside ancient scripture, quiet the mind, and physically feel where these truths live in your modern adulthood experience.

The Sound of Lineage: Sūtra Chanting with Ryan Leier
Sunday September 13, 2026 1:00pm - 2:00pm MDT
Many of us try to study the Yoga Sūtras with our intellect. This session invites you to experience them through your bones. Escape the main festival rush and step into the private, shaded sanctuary of the Creek Garden for a rare, vocal immersion. Guided by globally celebrated master teacher Ryan Leier, this experiential workshop transforms the Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali into a living, breathing meditation through the ancient practice of sacred chanting.

Surrounded by native Colorado wildflowers and the soothing rush of Deer Creek, you will learn how to use your own voice, breath, and vocal vibration to unlock the deeper layers of scriptural wisdom. Rather than analyzing definitions, Ryan uses the math and resonance of the Sanskrit alphabet to automatically quiet mental static, open the heart center, and regulate the nervous system. You don't need any chanting experience, and you don't need to know Sanskrit. You need only to show up, sit close to the earth, and be willing to listen and echo.

The Missing Piece in Yoga: Mastering Internal Hip Rotation & Pelvic Stability
Sunday September 13, 2026 1:00pm - 2:30pm MDT
Did you know that your traditional yoga practice might be creating a structural blind spot? Many practitioners and teachers unknowingly overemphasize external hip rotation (think Pigeon Pose, Warrior II, and tree pose), inadvertently creating chronic instability in the SI joint, lower back, and pelvis.

Led by elite movement coach and Exercise Physiologist Nick Venuti, this eye-opening workshop unpacks the critical biomechanics of hip health. Drawing from his extensive training and his work coaching everyday professionals up to NHL players, Nick introduces the vital role that internal rotation plays in long-term joint longevity.

This is an interactive masterclass where science meets self-awareness. You will learn easy-to-implement corrective drills, isolated yoga/Pilates-based activations, and clever sequencing strategies designed to restore global balance to the pelvic ring.

The Takeaway: Step off the mat with a radical new understanding of pelvic stability, balanced hip function, and an actionable template to protect your lower back from injury.

Who it is for: An essential workshop for yoga teachers wanting to upgrade their cueing safety, as well as dedicated practitioners navigating mysterious low-back or hip tweakiness.

Yoga as Freedom Dreaming Amidst Fatigue and Possibility (Stewardship, Imagination & Sovereignty)
Sunday September 13, 2026 1:30pm - 2:30pm MDT
Fatigue and possibility live in the same individual and collective body, especially for those doing work in the name of community, justice, and liberation. This session holds space for both, moving through the world as it is and toward the world as it could be.
We'll begin by naming what decolonizing our yoga practice actually asks of us, using pricing and accessibility as a real, lived example of where extraction quietly persists, including within our own communities, where the patterns we resist elsewhere can take root.
From there, a guided somatic practice lets us feel the world as it is in the body, the weight, the fatigue, the truth of where we've been.
We'll then turn toward freedom dreaming, specific, collective imagination of the world as it could be.
Drawing on the yogic concept of sankalpa, a resolve planted and returned to, we'll move into a guided partner practice, trust and interdependence made felt, sovereign expression created and stewarded together rather than alone.
Part conversation, part embodied practice, this session is an invitation to imagine a different way of being with each other, and to honor an ancestral way of being alive together too, and what it means to be integral stewards and co-creators of our lives, and our collective times.

The Human Experience of Recovery presented by Serenity For Life and Human Recovery
Sunday September 13, 2026 2:00pm - 3:00pm MDT
We are in a pivotal moment where the old paradigms of recovery are no longer enough. Human Recovery asks us to widen the lens; to recognize that recovery is part of the human experience. We are all recovering from something: grief, trauma, substances, conditioning, loss, or disconnection.

This keynote introduces an emerging ecosystem of whole-person recovery through the partnership of Serenity For Life and Human Recovery, LLC. Collaboratively they have created an integrative model that weaves together psychotherapy, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), trauma intensives, Human Recovery coaching, and community to support the full spectrum of healing. We are creating a continuum of care that honors the complexity of the human experience. Through yoga, somatic practices, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle medicine, we create spaces where healing is relational, sustainable, and deeply transformative.

Healing without feeling isn’t possible, recovery is not about fixing what is broken, it is about returning to wholeness.

AcuDetox & Sound Bath: The Ultimate Nervous System Reset
Sunday September 13, 2026 3:00pm - 4:00pm MDT
Your nervous system has been working exceptionally hard and this session is here to completely support your recovery. Step inside the protected sanctuary of the Healing Yurt for a quiet, deeply restorative experience that requires absolutely nothing from you. No talking, no movement, and zero performance.

You will simply sit, relax, and receive AcuDetox—a specialized five-point ear acupuncture protocol used worldwide to accelerate stress reduction, ease anxiety, and build emotional resilience. Once the tiny, sterile needles are placed, you will sink into a luxurious live sound bath while the protocol does its magic. Most participants leave this yurt experience feeling profoundly calmer, lighter, and more present than they have in weeks. Some fall asleep. Both are perfect.

Flexible Scheduling: This pop-up session runs four times across the weekend so you can slot it exactly where your body needs it most.

Community Impact: A suggested $20 donation directly supports Breathe Receive and their vital wellness outreach work within the Denver Metro community.

Deep Relaxation & the Five Maya Koshas with Nischala Joy Devi
Sunday September 13, 2026 3:00pm - 4:30pm MDT
The Framework: Shift your awareness from external sensory input to internal energetic restoration. Hosted by esteemed global pioneer Nischala Joy Devi, this experiential workshop bridges traditional Upanishadic scripture with advanced relaxation science to map the architecture of human wholeness.

The Five Layers We Will Decompress:
  • Annamaya Kosha (Physical): Systematically releasing deep-seated muscular tension and structural holding patterns on the mat.
  • Pranamaya Kosha (Energetic): Balancing the breath matrix to regulate vital life force and cool the nervous system.
  • Manomaya Kosha (Mental): Quieting the analytical mind, emotional loops, and everyday sensory overwhelm.
  • Vijnanamaya Kosha (Intuitive): Activating higher wisdom, witnessing awareness, and clear inner knowing.
  • Anandamaya Kosha (Bliss): Resting effortlessly in your true, unconditioned nature—pure joy, connection, and peace.
  • The Takeaway: Walk away with an unshakeable state of mental clarity, a completely recharged biological battery, and a functional framework for daily somatic self-care. Absolutely open to everyone. Please bring a blanket and an eye cover.

Beyond Busy: Move, Roll, and Restore Practice from Flow Yoga Studio
Sunday September 13, 2026 3:00pm - 4:45pm MDT
Deconstruct your stress loops and reclaim a steadier internal rhythm. Hosted in the fragrant, tranquil shade of the Lavender Pergola, this 75-minute therapeutic session focuses entirely on what a pose opens internally, rather than what it looks like on the outside.

The Three Stages of the Unwinding:
  • Mindful Movement: Slow, fluid active sequences to gently mobilize the joints and release surface-level restlessness.
  • Myofascial Release (MFR): Targeted rolling techniques to decompress bound-up connective tissues, improve blood flow, and unlock stubborn physical knots.
  • Restorative Yoga: Long-held, fully supported floor shapes paired with guided meditation to deeply soothe and regulate the nervous system.

Perfect for anyone experiencing chronic burnout, desk stiffness, or mental exhaustion. Absolutely no prior yoga experience required. Please bring a mat and extra layers for the final resting poses.

Finding Yourself Between the Roles: Overriding the Habit of Performance
Sunday September 13, 2026 3:30pm - 4:30pm MDT
Life doesn't feel busy by accident. Between being a parent, a sibling, a friend, and an employee, we are often switching corporate and social roles so fast we completely lose track of who we are underneath them all.

Join mind-body storyteller, actor, and veteran corporate consultant Sravanthi Prattipati for an eye-opening keynote that explores the steep emotional cost of constantly performing success. Drawing from her high-intensity finance and consulting career at PwC, alongside her professional training on the theatrical stage, Sravanthi knows this tension intimately: how to convincingly become someone else, and what it costs your nervous system to keep doing that off-stage too.

This keynote strips away the external noise to deliver a practical framework for noticing when you are acting out of protective habit rather than authentic choice. Combining modern behavioral mindset practices with accessible mindfulness, you will walk away with tangible tools to show up more honestly in the roles you already carry, and a renewed sense of permission to slow down and lead from your truest self. If you've ever wondered who you'd be without all the noise, this session is for you.

Breath at the Balance Point: An Autumn Equinox Journey
Sunday September 13, 2026 3:30pm - 4:30pm MDT
As the wheel turns toward the Fall Equinox, we arrive at a beautiful threshold, where summer’s fire softens and the winds of autumn begin to stir. Step onto your mat in the breathtaking Open Air Chapel for a profound seasonal alignment masterclass. In Ayurveda, this portal marks the rapid shift from Pitta's fire and clarity into Vata's cool, unpredictable movement. Guided by veteran E-RYT 500 educator and Shakti School-certified Ayurveda Guide Heather Lindemann, this workshop is a deeply embodied movement and pranayama journey designed to help you cross this seasonal threshold with ease.

Together, you will explore how specific pranayama practices can cool excess internal heat, anchor restless mental energy, and insulate your nervous system against seasonal anxiety. Weaving ancient elemental ritual with modern practicality, Heather guides you through a gentle asana flow to prepare the body, precise breathwork to restore balance, and a closing Yoga Nidra to lock in the integration. Leave the chapel lawn feeling deeply rooted, resourced, and completely intentional.

Main Stage Closing Ceremony, Raffle Drawings & Final Dance Set
Sunday September 13, 2026 5:00pm - 6:00pm MDT
You came in as a stranger. You leave as part of something vastly bigger. Gather on the Main Stage Field for the official closing ceremony of the summit weekend. Summit founder Brittany Hopkins Switlick will guide a short, intentional closing ritual to seal our collective container, giving us a dedicated space to name the insights we are carrying home, honor the souls we practiced beside, and consciously mark the shift from this sacred weekend back into our daily lives.

The Grand Giveaway: Before the music starts, we will be drawing the official raffle prizes live! Be ready to win wellness gear, studio passes, and summit treasures to our lucky community winners.

Then, GRAMMY® nominee Gem Auset takes over the decks for the ultimate sonic send-off. Her live electronic DJ set closes the summit exactly the way it started: with a massive collective exhale that transforms into free-flowing, uninhibited movement. Come celebrate the music, the prizes, the mountain air, and the beautiful truth that yoga doesn't just look like static shapes on a mat.
