The Power of Calm
Friday September 11, 2026 4:30pm - 5:30pm MDT
In every moment there are possibilities to enhance work, life and human interaction. I will share an inspiring personal story on how I have discovered the possible in the least likely circumstances. The treasure that revealed itself to me was the power of calm. On many levels the original reveal of CALM. The many times over I harnessed calm which lead me to see the full potential in that moment. I was able to discover the possibilities over the limitations. Furthermore, calm has assisted myself and my clients and/or students eliminate stress, trauma or mental fall out associated with climactic and daily events.

During this session, I will share and demonstrate how to find and anchor calm in all situations. I will be illustrating the scientific relationship between all humans, nature and their electromagnetic field. Then, I will share the power and potential that arrives from a calm state of being. I will share personal and professional stories that will inspire the audience to find their ever present CALM.

Midlife Mindset
Saturday September 12, 2026 10:30am - 11:30am MDT
Yoga belongs in every single part of life, especially the chapters we’ve been told to hide, fix, or simply "push through." Step into the private, shaded sanctuary of the Creek Garden. Surrounded by the gentle rush of Deer Creek and native Colorado flowers, master teacher Sara Cook hosts an intimate, honest workshop for anyone navigating the unique experience of maturing in a body that social media has plenty of opinions about.

This session creates a brave, supportive container to untangle from society's mixed messages, consciously shift your inner dialogue, and deepen your intuitive connection to yourself. Blending compassionate mindset work, reflective journaling, and gentle, responsive movement, this workshop is thoughtfully accessible to a wide range of body types and fitness levels. This is yoga off the mat in the most honest sense—an invitation to bloom unapologetically, exactly like the native flora around you.

Yoga as Primary Care: The Science of Longevity & Self-Regulation
Saturday September 12, 2026 11:00am - 12:00pm MDT
What if your yoga mat was a clinical tool for cellular healing? Join functional medicine practitioner and immunological specialist Dr. Mitchell Rasmussen for a groundbreaking keynote that explores how yoga influences the nervous system, immune response, and cellular signaling. As the co-founder of The Facility Denver, Mitchell specializes in guiding care for individuals with complex, chronic conditions who have often "tried everything" without lasting results.

Moving far beyond traditional chiropractic care, Mitchell bridges cutting-edge biochemistry with timeless embodied practice. In this illuminating talk, he invites us to stop viewing yoga as a reactionary fitness routine for when we get sick, and instead recognize it as a foundational primary care practice for long-term health. Grounded in his three core pillars: Empowerment, Education, and Empathy, this session strips away the medical jargon to help you understand your own unique physiology. Walk away with a personalized, science-backed perspective on your practice and the actionable tools needed to work with your body instead of against it.

From Inspiration to Integration: Carrying the Yoga Home
Saturday September 12, 2026 12:30pm - 2:00pm MDT
You’ve taken the classes. Filled your notebook. Opened your heart. Now what?

One of the greatest challenges of a yoga festival isn't finding inspiration—it’s learning how to carry that lightning bolt of insight into your messy, everyday life. Step into the soothing, shaded sanctuary of the Creek Garden for a vital integration masterclass. Guided by psychotherapist and Living AWAKE author Erik Vienneau, this experiential workshop delivers a survival kit for the post-festival transition.

Drawing from Buddhist psychology, nervous system science, and over three decades of personal meditation practice, Erik shares effortless ways to work with modern stress, difficult emotions, and corporate distraction—without adding another heavy item to your to-do list.

Together, we will explore:

Why lasting life shifts come from tiny daily micro-habits rather than temporary peak experiences.

A simple, clinical framework to interrupt mental reactivity, thoughts, and emotional loops.

Real-time techniques to regulate your nervous system and return to center in the middle of a busy workday.

How to architect a sustainable personal practice that actually matches your lifestyle.

This session includes deep guided meditation, honest reflection, and physical, take-home integration tools you can utilize the second you leave the festival grounds. Because the real practice begins when the summit ends.

Whole Woman Wealth Keynote
Saturday September 12, 2026 3:00pm - 4:00pm MDT
Being rich isn’t about how much you have; it’s about how fully you live. Join elite corporate leader turned spiritual guide, author, and FEROZ founder AJ Bishop-Andrews for a powerful, paradigm-shifting keynote presentation that completely flips the script on female wealth.

For more than two decades, AJ climbed the highest rungs of senior banking leadership at JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, and Key Private Bank. From the outside, her life looked flawlessly successful, stable, and secure. On the inside, she carried a quiet, persistent truth that many high-achieving women secretly hold: this version of success no longer fits.

Drawing directly from the core themes of her bestselling book, Rich Like Her, AJ maps out the essential seasons that shape a woman’s sense of worth: the exhausting season of performance, the disruptive season of reckoning, and the triumphant season of reclaiming your inner authority. Merging her executive finance acumen with her 25+ years as an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, AJ delivers a masterclass in embodied leadership and life transitions. This talk will give you the practical frameworks and radical self-trust needed to stop performing a life that looks good on paper, and start living one that feels profoundly true to your soul.

The Yoga of Beginning Again: A Stroke Survivor’s Guide to Resilience On and Off the Mat
Saturday September 12, 2026 4:30pm - 5:30pm MDT
In the blink of an eye, Abigail went from teaching yoga to relearning how to walk. After a cerebellar stroke in 2012, she discovered that the relationship you have with your body shapes the entire quality of your life. That season redefined her understanding of resilience. It’s not about pushing harder or chasing perfection. It’s choosing to adapt to challenges without giving up on yourself. Yoga became her way to practice resilience by transforming physical loss into whole-body living. In this keynote, Abigail shares a framework for rebuilding body trust after physical trauma, plus practical ways teachers and students can make yoga more accessible across abilities.

Key Takeaways

Redefine resilience as a practice of effort + recovery

Build body trust through simple, repeatable tools you can use immediately

Shift the way you see accessibility so inclusion becomes part of your yoga practice

Courage in Chaos: Yoga as a Practice of Community Care
Saturday September 12, 2026 5:30pm - 7:00pm MDT
When the world feels fractured, what does yoga ask of us?

How do we embody sthira (steadiness) and sukha (ease) while witnessing collective grief, polarization, or harm? How do we stay rooted in compassion without becoming overwhelmed or disconnected? And how do we care for ourselves while holding space for others?

This experiential workshop explores how the teachings of yoga become a living practice — not only on the mat, but in the moments our communities need them most.

Through reflection, discussion, and stories from lived experience, Lindsay Grabb and Ericka Jones will share what it meant to lead UP Yoga in Minneapolis through the racial reckoning of 2020 after the murder of George Floyd, COVID-19 pandemic, Congressional Assassination, Annunciation School mass shooting, and Operation Metro Surge (ICE raids). Together, they'll explore how yoga philosophy, clear values, and the practice of karma yoga became anchors for navigating uncertainty, making difficult decisions, and cultivating a community rooted in belonging and care.

Participants will be invited to explore:

How yoga philosophy can support courageous, compassionate action in times of uncertainty

Practices for remaining grounded while holding space for collective emotion and lived experience

The role of values as a compass for teaching, leading, and building authentic community

Ways to embody yoga beyond personal practice through service, discernment, and connection

How to create a practice and space of belonging inclusive of all — through safety, language, and self-care

Whether you're a teacher, studio owner, or devoted practitioner, you'll leave with renewed clarity that yoga is not simply something we do on the mat. It is a way of meeting the world with courage, wisdom, and an open heart — even when the path ahead is unknown.

Lindsay Grabb and Ericka Jones draw on their experience leading Up Yoga in Minneapolis through 2020's racial reckoning, the pandemic, and Operation Safety Net to explore how yoga philosophy and karma yoga anchor us in uncertainty. Leave with renewed clarity: yoga is a way of meeting the world with courage, wisdom, and clarity.

Whole Woman Wealth: Reclaiming Abundance & Self-Trust
Sunday September 13, 2026 11:00am - 12:30pm MDT
Being rich isn’t about how much you have; it’s about how fully you live. Step into the quiet, shaded sanctuary of the Creek Garden for an extraordinary workshop that flips the script on female wealth. In yoga, we constantly move beyond the physical posture into a space of deep self-inquiry, practicing the raw awareness required to ask: What is true? This session invites you to bring that exact same fierce presence to your relationship with money, identity, and power.

Guided by bestselling Rich Like Her author, FEROZ founder, and 25-year veteran E-RYT 500 yoga teacher AJ Bishop-Andrews, this transformative masterclass bridges the gap between spiritual alignment and practical financial clarity. Drawing from her two decades as a senior executive at JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo, AJ helps high-achieving women stop performing success and start embodying true abundance. Through a potent blend of meditative inquiry, group dialogue, and deep reflection, you will dismantle external pressures, audit where your financial habits are out of alignment with your core values, and learn to make fiscal decisions rooted in absolute self-trust.

What to Bring: This is a non-asana, interactive workshop open to all levels. Please bring a journal, a pen, a water bottle, and a light jacket for the shaded garden clearing.

The Human Experience of Recovery presented by Serenity For Life and Human Recovery
Sunday September 13, 2026 2:00pm - 3:00pm MDT
We are in a pivotal moment where the old paradigms of recovery are no longer enough. Human Recovery asks us to widen the lens; to recognize that recovery is part of the human experience. We are all recovering from something: grief, trauma, substances, conditioning, loss, or disconnection.

This keynote introduces an emerging ecosystem of whole-person recovery through the partnership of Serenity For Life and Human Recovery, LLC. Collaboratively they have created an integrative model that weaves together psychotherapy, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), trauma intensives, Human Recovery coaching, and community to support the full spectrum of healing. We are creating a continuum of care that honors the complexity of the human experience. Through yoga, somatic practices, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle medicine, we create spaces where healing is relational, sustainable, and deeply transformative.

Healing without feeling isn’t possible, recovery is not about fixing what is broken, it is about returning to wholeness.

Finding Yourself Between the Roles: Overriding the Habit of Performance
Sunday September 13, 2026 3:30pm - 4:30pm MDT
Life doesn't feel busy by accident. Between being a parent, a sibling, a friend, and an employee, we are often switching corporate and social roles so fast we completely lose track of who we are underneath them all.

Join mind-body storyteller, actor, and veteran corporate consultant Sravanthi Prattipati for an eye-opening keynote that explores the steep emotional cost of constantly performing success. Drawing from her high-intensity finance and consulting career at PwC, alongside her professional training on the theatrical stage, Sravanthi knows this tension intimately: how to convincingly become someone else, and what it costs your nervous system to keep doing that off-stage too.

This keynote strips away the external noise to deliver a practical framework for noticing when you are acting out of protective habit rather than authentic choice. Combining modern behavioral mindset practices with accessible mindfulness, you will walk away with tangible tools to show up more honestly in the roles you already carry, and a renewed sense of permission to slow down and lead from your truest self. If you've ever wondered who you'd be without all the noise, this session is for you.
